A. You will only be charged on despatch of your new coins, which will be sent to you as soon as possible after launch.
Q. How much will I be charged?
A. You will always be charged The Royal Mint's official issue price for each pack. Currently, for every standard UK 50p you will be charged £11, every standard UK £2 is £12, and every standard UK £5 is £14.50 (all prices exclude postage). These prices are subject to change, in line with pricing from The Royal Mint. We will always confirm the price of your coin when we confirm your order on launch day.
Q. How much is postage?
A. Postage is charged at £2.99.
Q. I don't want a coin I've received, how can I return it?
