  • Feefo.com, which manages product and service reviews for our website.

Acceptance of Orders

Returns Policy

Prize Draw Policy

Prize draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, except employees of 288 Group Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.

Prize draws are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

If a prize is not claimed within 7 days, it will be forfeited. 

288 Group Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

288 Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where necessary.
