Paddington™ at St. Paul’s Cathedral 50p

The 2019 Paddington™ at St. Paul’s Cathedral 50p was issued by the Royal Mint to continue the celebrations of the 60th Anniversary of the British Bear.

This 50p features a design of Paddington™ based on the CGI-live action movie, and shows Paddington™ continuing his adventures at the ornate St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Designed by David Knapton, the reverse of the coin shows an intricate engraving of Paddington™ in his famous hat outside the London landmark. The obverse features Jody Clark’s 5th Portrait of Her Majesty.

The 2018 Paddington™ 50p coin releases proved to be some of the most popular 50p coins of the year and we’re sure these will be no different.

Even the newest, shiniest standard circulation coins have numerous marks and scratches.

That’s why The Royal Mint issue specially struck Collector Quality ‘Brilliant Uncirculated’ coins that are guaranteed not to have the scratches and blemishes of normal circulation coins.

Protectively encapsulated in Official Change Checker Packaging, your coin will have the all-important ‘Brilliant Uncirculated’ hologram to confirm its quality.

This coin is no longer available from The Royal Mint, but you can secure the Brilliant Uncirculated issue today for just £12.99.
